Community On Demand AgVentures Train-The-Trainer Workshop

This one-day professional development workshop will teach summer camp instructors how to incorporate fun education, entertainment and entrepreneurship ("e" sports) competitions into your summer camp program.

Each week, The Community On Demand AgVenture Games will give campers challenges that builds up to hosting a Farm-To-Fork fundraising event for your organization.

Campers will learn how to:

• Leverage their network of local farmers, ranchers and community gardeners
• Strengthen skills in leadership and teamwork
• Promote social emotional learning and behavioral health
• Increase career & workforce readiness skills in project management, business development, event coordination, entertainment, hospitality, tourism and entrepreneurship.
• Create weekly competitions that build critical thinking, decision-making and creative problem-solving skills.
• Create and manage a crowdfunding activity
• Provide meaningful, project-based learning experiences that benefit the entire community.
